Alan Dubow, is the Chief Operating Officer for Easier Aging and serves as the President of the National Association of Retirement Counselors, the trade association for senior-serving professionals. He also consults at Capital Health Solutions, where he directs a griatric care management program that works exclusively with seniors that have Dementia and Behavioral Health issues. Widely regarded as among the foremost experts in the National Capital Area on care options for seniors, Alan, with extensive experience in the rehabilitation and long term care field, having served as a Director at nursing homes, hospices and home healthcare agencies. He has designed healthcare informational programs used by both healthcare providers as outreach and marketing tools, and for non-profit organizations for major national initiatives. He has a degree in Psychology from Vassar College and Masters and Doctorate degrees from the University of Miami.

Mark Gottlieb serves as Vice President for Business Development for Easier Aging @ Home. He has had an extensive and related career in both Hospital and Health Care planning, Marketing, and Business Development, as well as in Insurance Marketing and Sales. He has also served as an Administrator of a 150 bed Senior Living Community that offered both independent and assisted living services. During his employment by or consultative engagements with a range of health care facilities, Mark has been involved in developing and implementing marketing plans designed to generate new business and increased census.

Mark has an MHA Degree from The George Washington University and also is licensed as an insurance agent with all three DC area jurisdictions; is certified to sell both Long Term Care insurance through LTC Partnership programs; and is certified to offer Medicare products through a host of insurers, including AARP. He is also an instructor at both Montgomery College and the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute, and is also certified to offer educational programs to caregivers through the Alzheimer’s Association of the National Capital Area.
